We are gathering our Freshwater Nutrition community together to clean up Freshie Beach in the aftermaths of this wild weather.

All are welcome! Join us and bring your family and friends this Tuesday morning to do your part, get your body moving and soak up some well-needed sunshine!

Here are the details

• Meet 6:30am Tuesday, April 5th at Freshwater Nutrition

• Pick up a healthy snack in store and a coffee at Room Two Ten

• Walk to the beach to clean up the plastic, styrofoam, string and mystery debris that have coated our precious cove.

• Bringing a bucket, gloves, hat and jumper are recommended!
